Your rights, clearly defined.
1.1 The Chocolate Games (“Promotion” or “Campaign”) is organised by Chocolate Finance Pte. Ltd. (UEN: [INSERT UEN]) (“Chocolate Finance”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a capital markets services licence holder regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”).
1.2 The Promotion is a game-led marketing campaign in which eligible participants can play four (4) digital skill-based games on a dedicated mobile microsite for the chance to win HeyMax MaxMiles (“MaxMiles” or “Miles”) as prizes. MaxMiles are issued and administered by HeyMax Pte. Ltd. (“HeyMax”), a separate and independent platform.
1.3 By participating in the Promotion, you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not participate.
1.4 These Terms should be read together with Chocolate Finance’s Privacy Policy, the Chocolate Finance Account Terms and Conditions, and HeyMax’s terms of service, as applicable.
1.5 Chocolate Finance reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on chocolategames.com. Continued participation after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Rewards will be distributed within 30 days after the campaign ends.
